Day 1: Nairobi

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you are met by Pongezi Africa Safaris representative who gives you a Safari briefing and then transfer to Eka Hotel . You have a whole day in Nairobi. You can choose to do some excursion i.e. Visit to Elephant David Sheldrick Orphanage, Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen Museum and Nairobi National Museum. Accommodation and breakfast at Eka Hotel.

Day 2: Nairobi / Day Trip To Canoeing At River Tana

At 0700hrs depart for canoe ride at Sagana River to the North.  In 2 hours you arrive at the station where first you are given the briefing and later drive for 20kms upstream of the River. Sagana River forms River Tana which is the biggest river in Kenya. It originates from Mount Kenya and Aberdare Forest and flows to the south where it drains to the Indian Ocean.  We Have 7 Dams along this River where we get our 70% of the Electricity. Have lunch there and later drive back to Nairobi for Dinner and later transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight back home.
