Day 1: Nairobi

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you are met by Pongezi Africa Safaris representative who gives you a Safari briefing and then transfer to Meridian Hotel Nairobi. You have a whole day in Nairobi. You can choose to do some excursion i.e. Visit to Elephant David Sheldrick Orphanage, Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen Museum and Nairobi National Museum. Accommodation and breakfast at Meridian Hotel.

Day 2: Nairobi / Lake Nakuru National Park Day Trip

Depart for Lake Nakuru National Park at 0700hrs. Drive to the West with a stop at the Panoramic View Point of Great Rift Valley. Pass the road that was built by Italian Prisoners during the Second World War Also visit the Smallest Church in the World built by them. In 3 hours arrive to Nakuru and start your Game Drive. The park composes of the Alkaline Lake at the middle with Lesser and Greater Flamingoes, Yellow Barked Acacia forest where you find Leopard, Lion, Rothschild giraffe and Open Grassland where you find African Buffalos, Common Zebra, Thomson Gazelle. No elephants inside the park. Have lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge and be back to Nairobi for Dinner and later to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight back home.
