Day 1: Nairobi
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you are met by Pongezi Africa Safaris representative who gives you a Safari briefing and then transfer to New Stanley Sarova Hotel Nairobi. You have a whole day in Nairobi. You can choose to do some excursion i.e. Visit to Elephant David Sheldrick Orphanage, Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen Museum and Nairobi National Museum. Accommodation and breakfast at New Stanley Sarova Hotel Nairobi.
Day 2: Nairobi / Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast, Depart for Samburu at 0700hrs. Arrive in time for lunch at Sarova Shaba Lodge. At 1600hrs leave for afternoon Game Drive.
Samburu National Reserve is known for its five unique animals, the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy Zebra, Beisa Oryx, Gerenuk (Giraffe antelope) and Somali Ostrich. It also has Lions, Leopards, Cheetahs and you are likely to see Elephants crossing the River.

Day 3: Samburu National Reserve / Aberdare National Park
Have breakfast and leave at 0700hrs with game drive en route. Arrive at Aberdare Country Club for check in. You leave the big luggage at their consignment and collect them the following day. After lunch, you will be transferred to the Ark Lodge inside the Aberdare National Park.
The Aberdare shelters the natural forest with varieties of vegetation from thick bush to bamboo forest to moorland. It’s the source of rivers such as Gura River which forms spectacular waterfalls. Some animals to see are; African elephants, Black rhinoceros, Leopard, Spotted Hyena, Hedge Hogs and the rare Bongo Antelope.

Day 4: Aberdare National Park/ Lake Nakuru National Park
At 0800hrs leave for Lake Nakuru National Park via Aberdare country Club for the left luggage with your Guide. Arrive at Nakuru Sopa Lodge for lunch. Have game drive from 1600hrs to 1830hrs. Lake Nakuru has an area of 188 km2 and it is known for both Greater and Lesser Flamingoes in the alkaline Lake. Also you will see the White and Black Rhinoceros, Endangered Rothschild Giraffe, African Buffalo, Common Zebras etc.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru National Park/ Maasai Mara National Reserve.
Depart for Maasai Mara after breakfast at 0700hrs. Arrive for lunch at Mara Sarova Game Camp. In the afternoon you have a game drive till 0630hrs.

Day 6: Maasai Mara National Reserve.
You have a full day game drive with the picnic lunch. The name’ Maasai’ means the speakers of Maa language and ‘Mara’ means Spotted. It’s the seventh wonders of the world due to its annual wild animals migration from Serengeti in Tanzania to Maasai Mara. It occupies an area of 1500 km2. You look for Lions, Cheetahs, Zebras, Giraffes etc.

Day 7: Maasai Mara National Reserve / Nairobi
After breakfast leave for Nairobi. Lunch at Carnivore Restaurant. Transfer to Eka Hotel where you will have bed and breakfast only.
Day 8: Nairob i/ Amboseli National Park
Depart at 0730Hrs after breakfast. Drive towards South till you reach on the slopes of Mt Kilimanjaro. Arrive for lunch at Amboseli Sopa Lodge. At 1600hrs you have a game drive in the park. Amboseli is known for big herd of elephants grazing in the swamp under the Snow Capped Mt. Kilimanjaro. Late in the evening you will capture another photo of Elephants as they cross in front of your safari cars, heading towards the forest where they sleep. Other animals to see are; African Buffalo, Burchell Zebra, Spotted Hyena, Lion, Cheetah etc

Day 9: Amboseli National Park / Nairobi JKIA
After breakfast, leave for Nairobi with a game drive en route. Have lunch and transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for the flight to Zanzibar. On arrival you are received by our representative and taken to Mapenzi Hotel.
Day 10 – 12
Zanzibar means ‘Coast of Blacks’. The Portuguese were the first to conquer it and took control for 200 years. You are at your disposal and you choose any excursion from Snorkeling to a visit to Stone Town. Zanzibar is an Archipelago of Tanzania on The Indian Ocean. It has two main big Islands, Unguja and Pemba. The Stone Town still has some of the ancient artifacts such as the Market which was used by Waswahili and Arabs. It’s famous for Spices and raffia industries.
Day 13; Zanzibar/ Nairobi
Transfer to the Airport after breakfast for your flight to Nairobi and then connect to the flight back home.
